The voilence level in Rochester, along with the poverty spirit over this city has taken over. It is time to regain Rochester for the Lord. Rochester is in need of more than prayer. It is time to fast and pray like in the days of Daniel and Jonah, because some things do not come off with prayer alone. We must seek out the Lord in prayer and fasting, along with following His commands so God can have His way in this city.
